Jalapeno Corn

3 cups frozen corn (or 24 oz canned corn, drained)
2-3 green jalapeno chilis (or canned)
6 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 stick butter
dash garlic salt

Combine cream cheese, milk, butter, and garlic salt in saucepan. Heat on low heat until smooth and melted. Add corn and chilis. Transfer to greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

I made this corn for the ladies I cook lunch for today and they really liked it, as I do. I used 2 cans of "Mexi - corn" (or something like that) It had little bits of peppers in it and it blended in perfectly.
