Hot Wings

1 cup vegetable oil
16 medium size wings, cut in pieces
1/4 cup melted margerine or butter
2 to 10 Tbsp Durkee's Red Hot sauce

Heat oil. Ad a few wings at a time. Fry unil brown, 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Put wings in a bowl and pour butter over. Swirl until coated, then add hot sauce: 2 Tbsp = mild, 4 Tbsp = medium, 10 Tbsp = hot. Transfer into baking dish. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
