Breakfast Casserole

1 lb pork sausage
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
3 slices bread, cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and drain. Spread in greased 9x13 baking dish. Beat eggs with other ingredients. Pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
