Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 lb chicken, cut into chunks
flour, enough to coat chicken
2-3 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 15oz can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp chicken boullion
1/4 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp cornstarch

Cook coated chicken in oil. Add water to cooked chicken and simmer about 20 minutes. Add pineapple, sugar, boullion, and vinegar. Mix together soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir into chicken to thicken. Serve over rice.
