6 potatoes quartered, put in water
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 cup butter
horseradish
sour cream
Melt butter on jelly roll pan. Mix dry ingredients in a bag. Add potatoes, a little bit at a time, to bag and shake to coat potatoes in dry mixture. Put potatoes in pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, turning once half way through. Sprinkle with more Parmesan after potatoes are finished cooking. Mix sour cream and horseradish together to dip potatoes in.
