Crust:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 until crumbly. Save 1/2 cup for topping.
Pink Stuff:
1 (10oz) pkg strawberries
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup whipped cream topping
2 tsp vanilla
Beat strawberries, egg whites, sugar, and lemon juice for 20 minutes. Then add whipped topping and vanilla. Fold onto crust. Add 1/2 cup of reserved crumb topping.
