Banana Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2-3 bananas)

Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs. Stir in vanilla and sour cream. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, then stir into batter. Mix in mashed banana last. Spread evenly onto a greased 10x15in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 10-25 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 stick butter, softened
2 to 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
dash of salt
splash of vanilla
splash of milk

Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add salt and vanilla. Mix in powdered sugar. Add milk to desired consistency.
