Nutella Cheesecake Brownies

Brownie Layer:
10 Tbsp butter, melted and slightly cooled
1/4 cup Nutella
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder

Combine butter, Nutella, eggs, and sugar. Sift in flour and cocoa and mix until well combined. Pour batter into 9x9 pan (greased or lined with parchment) and spread evenly. Set aside to make cheesecake layer.

Cheesecake Layer:
8oz cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup Nutella

Mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour over brownie batter.

Bake at 325 until cheesecake looks set, approx. 40-45 minutes. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting.
