Crust:
2/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients. Press into a greased 9x13 or (2) 9x9 pans.
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 Tbsp butter, melted
2 egg
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly over crust.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Be careful not to overcook. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
