3+ cups cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients then transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2 and 2/3 Tbsp. butter
Crumble these all together. Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes (until crispy). Serves about 10-12.
