1 egg
1 tsp water
1 lb pecan halves
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Whisk together egg and water. Add pecans and toss to get them wet. In separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Pour over pecans and toss. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring/tossing every 15 minutes.
