Cinnamon Logs

1 16oz Pepperidge Farm Thin sliced bread (cinnamon swirl)
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 egg white
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted

Trim crusts from bread, then flatten slices with rolling pin. Beat cheese, egg, and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread mixture evenly on bread slices. Roll up. In a bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Dip rolled up "logs" into melted butter, and then in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Put on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
