5 to 6 cups apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Press crust into pie plate. Pile apples on crust. Mix cinnamon and sugar together; sprinkle over apples. Make
crumb topping and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 or 35-40 minutes.
