2 bags of microwave popcorn (I use Tenderwhite from Orville Redenbaker...best EVER microwave popcorn in my opinion!!!)
1 stick butter
1 (10.5oz) bag of marshmallows
3/4 cup brown sugar
food coloring (optional)
Pop microwave popcorn, remove unpopped kernels and put in a large bowl. Melt butter in saucepan. When melted, add marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are melted, and mixed well with butter. Add brown sugar and stir until well combined. If using food coloring, add in at this point. Pour marshmallow mixture on top of popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
