Easy Caramel Corn

1 stick butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
splash of milk
2 large bags of microwave popcorn (I used Orville Redenbaker's Tenderwhite)

Pop popcorn, place in large bowl, remove unpopped kernels and set aside. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and splash of milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approx 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. Pour over popcorn. Toss so that popcorn is evenly coated. Let sit, then stir some more.

I suppose you mean "remove unpopped kernels"....
