Sausage Balls


2 cups Bisquick
1lb sausage, uncooked
10oz shredded cheese
1 Tbsp chives

Combine all ingredients in bowl with hands. If too dry, add a splash of milk to get all ingredients to stick together. Roll into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 20-25 balls.
