Crab Cakes with Spicy Sauce

Crab Cakes:

1.5 lbs crabmeat (real and/or artificial)
2 or 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
2 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients. Spray hot skillet with non-stick spray. Form patties out of seafood mixture. Place patties in hot skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with sauce.

Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup hot salsa
1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
dash paprika
dash Tabasco sauce

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until well mixed and smooth.
