1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
160z shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cups cottage cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and cook until smooth. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add the cooked mixture and remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
