Coke Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 cup Coca-cola
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups mini marshmallows

Mix sugar and flour in bowl. Heat butter, cocoa and coke in pan until boiling. Then pour over flour mixture and then mix. Add buttermilk, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and marshmallows to flour & coke mixture and stir until blended. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes in 9x13 baking dish.

Icing:

1/2 cup butter or margerine
3 Tbsp cocoa
6 tsp Coca-cola
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup pecans

Heat butter, cocoa, and coke until boiling. Remove from heat. Beat in sugar and pecans.
