Strawberry Cake



1 pkg white cake mix
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup flour
4 eggs
1 lare box strawverry Jell-O (dry)
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed

Strawberry Icing:
1 stick butter or margerine
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup strawberries


Preheat oven to 350.  Mix cake mix, oil, flour, eggs, Jell-O, and water for 2 minutes. Mix strawberries last for 1 more minute. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes (for 9x13) or 30-35 minutes (for layers).  If making cupcakes (makes 26-28 cupcakes), fill 1/2 to 2/3 full, careful not to over-fill cups; bake for 17-20 min for cupcakes. Spread strawberry icing over cooled cake.
